Q.I’ve booked a BYO (Bring Your Own) Plan. What will be provided by the venue?: Portable gas stove/Griddle plate/Chopsticks/Small plates/Drink cups/Kitchen scissors/Salt & pepper

Note: BBQ sauce is available as a separate add-on.
Note: There is no sink on-site.
Note: Knives and cutting boards are not allowed.
Note: No additional seasonings are provided other than salt & pepper.
Note: Please bring pre-cut and prepared ingredients.
Q.Is there a time limit for table use?: Your table is available for 2 hours.
Q.Can I choose my seat?: Seat selection is not available.
Q.How long is the all-you-can-drink plan?: he all-you-can-drink plan lasts 120 minutes, with last orders 30 minutes before the end.
Q.Are beer and sake included in the all-you-can-drink plan?: Beer and Japanese sake are not included in the standard plan.
An additional fee of ¥1,000 (¥1,100 incl. tax) per person applies to enjoy this beer option.
You can add Corona Beer and Japanese sake to the beer option for an extra ¥500 (¥550 incl. tax) per person.
Q.Can I make a reservation for à la carte only?: Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for à la carte orders.
A course menu must be selected when booking.
Q.Can I make a reservation for a private event or a large group?: We accept reservations for groups of up to 300 people.
Private event bookings are also available.
Q.I’ve booked a course. Can I bring my own food or drinks?: Bringing outside food or drinks is not allowed for customers using a course plan.
Q.Can we order multiple types of courses in one group?: Each group may select only one type of course.
Q.Can we change the number of guests on the day of our reservation?: If the number decreases, a cancellation fee will apply.
If the number increases, we can accommodate the change if seats are available.
Q.Will the event still be held if it rains?: The event will be canceled if the chance of rain is 60% or higher according to Yahoo Weather.
If the weather changes throughout the day (e.g. rain in the morning, clear in the afternoon), the decision will be made after internal discussion.
In case of cancellation, we will notify you by phone call. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will send a text message.
Q.Will a cancellation fee be charged if it rains?: No cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations due to rain.
If there is only light rain, we recommend visiting the venue first before deciding to cancel.

Q.Is there a cancellation fee?: If you cancel a confirmed reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Same-day cancellation: 100% of the course fee
Cancellation one day in advance: 50% of the course fee

Q.Do you offer birthday plates?: Birthday plates are available for ¥3,000 (tax included: ¥3,300).
